Full Delegate Price (Early Bird): €300
This is an all‑inclusive ticket, allowing delegates to attend all activities outlined in the General Assembly programme. Noting that only studbook representatives can attend the General Assembly session on the afternoon of the 21st Oct. 
Return Airport Shuttle transfers are included on the 22nd Oct where notified as required.

Guest Price (Cultural Activities Only) : €250
This ticket includes attendance at the associated tourist and cultural activities, including the gala dinner. Return Airport Shuttle transfers are included on the 22nd Oct where notified as required.

General Terms

• Early‑bird registration closes on the 10th August 2026.
  • After this date, a late registration fee of €370 will apply.
• Registration bookings close on 19th September 2026.
  No registrations will be accepted after this date.
• Registration for the General Assembly does not include accommodation.
  • Further details are available on the WBFSH website and will also be emailed automatically following General Assembly registration.
• In‑person registration at the event is not permitted.
  Invoicing can be arranged on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Payment is required within five business days of the invoice/link being issued.
• If an invoice remains unpaid after this period, the attendee will be de‑registered and will need to complete the registration process again.
• Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
• Partial refunds of 50% will be available for refund requests received before the 10th of August 2026.
  Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed after this date.
• Registrations are transferable up to the 19th of September 2026.
• Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to attend the Gala Dinner.
