If you wish to change ownership on a National Passport, go to www.horsesource.ie/.

Please note that this is only needed for ownership changes of horses that are already FEI registered, not needed for new FEI horse registrations or new FEI recognition cards.

Please note you are required to post the horse/pony’s national passport & FEI recognition card to HSI.
