This form is if you wish to change the name of the equine registered with the FEI. The fee for a name change is €1,350 and must comply with the FEI Naming Guidelines available at the following link: https://inside.fei.org/system/files/Horse%20Name%20Change%20Guidelines_01.03.2020.pdf.
